Rail Material Trolley

The Rail Material Trolley is a rugged, track-mounted transportation platform designed to carry materials, tools, and equipment along railway lines. It is commonly used during track maintenance, OHE installation, rail welding, and other on-track operations. Constructed from durable steel sections, it is capable of carrying heavy loads and can be manually pushed or towed by a motorized vehicle depending on operational needs.

This trolley helps in the efficient and safe movement of materials such as rails, insulators, clamps, fittings, and tools, especially in remote or electrified sections where road access is limited.

• Material: Heavy-duty mild steel or fabricated steel frame for durability

• Platform: Flatbed or cage-type platform with anti-skid surface

• Load Capacity: Typically 500 kg to 2 tons, depending on design

• Mobility: Equipped with solid or flanged rail wheels suitable for standard railway gauges (1676 mm for Indian Railways)
