The Mersen 15A 1000V DC Fuse is a fuse designed to protect electrical circuits from excessive current. When the circuit is functioning normally, the fuse allows electricity to flow freely; however, if the current exceeds 1,000 volts and 15 amps, the element in the fuse melts and interrupts the current. The Mersen 15A 1000V DC Fuse has a voltage of 1000 Volts and a current of 15 Amps. This fuse is a direct replacement for any fuse with the same specifications. This fuse is used for protection of the inverters and chargers of solar and wind power systems. The Mersen HP10M15 DC fuse is suitable for use with all types of DC-powered appliances that conform to the IEC 60269-2-1 standard. It offers high performance, reliability and safety, while complying with environmental requirements. This fuse features high mechanical strength, so it can be used in systems where a large amount of current flows through the circuit.
